Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using wisdoom.space or any Wisdoom application (the "Service") operated by Wisdoom ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

The Service uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service through automated means without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wisdoom and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wisdoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisdoom and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
